Why should I do a Contemporary Portrait session?

Most women will avoid taking professional photos, but will quickly do a selfie in a bathroom that will not exist in a year or two, or will be lost in a mall or park. I challenge you to allow me to help you see the awesome beauty you have inside and out! Leave images for your family to cherish that don't include a bathroom sink.

I am a professional full-time photographer that loves making people smile and love seeing people transform into a person of power and control. I challenge you to be a supermodel for a day! Change how your family and friends see you, and how you see yourself.

There are so many options in today's world that so many women have no idea exists! If you really want to do this, let me help you! Getting in front of a camera and feeling free to enjoy yourself for a few hours may sound very uncomfortable in your mind right now. But during this process you have control! We will help you select the right wardrobe for your body type. We will create the perfect look and feel for you with use of current tools of the trade, the internet, phone and your initial consultation. We will determine your likes, dislikes, what a dream shoot looks like to you and how we will execute your vision.

WHERE WILL WE GO?

So many of my clients have told me they always wanted to do a shoot with me but they hesitated because they always thought they had to find their own venue. I am here to tell you that this is not true!! You are hiring me to work for you. I am known for finding venues of all types and styles. Traditional and non-traditional. We can work on this together or you can leave it totally up to me!! You just sit back and just be a supermodel!!

WHAT IS MY INVESTMENT?

The Investment

The Contemporary Portrait Session starts at $350.00 and includes your personal consult, a professional makeup artist, 2 outdoor venues or optional In-Studio session, drinks and snacks for the entirety of the 3 hour session. You will also not have to worry about how to pose. Your session will be a guided shoot, which will include giving you assistance in how to stand, sit, lay and look during your session.

Prints and printed products as well are available for purchase during your reveal.Printed images are a rarity and are so important in this digital age. If I am producing remarkable images, why not show the world?!

Retouching is the "in" thing!

What photographers hear all the time is, "can you make me look slimmer?" Can you make my____ go away? Yes, yes we can, but I know how to pose you in order to bring out the diva and sexiness in you!! Each of your final images picked will be given my branded look and feel.

If you want a LUXE edit we provide much more of a transition which includes: body warping, enhancing areas that satisfy your taste. But the purpose of editing in a more natural style is to enhance your images in subtle and beautiful ways, not to drastically alter them. We retouch conservatively for a natural look but will edit your images to your liking.

My signature style retouching is complimentary on all of your portraits. Any image you select for your wall prints must be edited with much care.

When when schedule a meeting for your reveal, you’ll see see a few retouched images (so that you can see exactly what the edited version will look like) in addition to many unretouched options so that you can choose from a wide variety of poses and crops and expressions.

We will work to a compromise where needed on all of your selected images. I do not release images that aren't retouched and will never give away/sell the raw files.
